Because we own and operate our own factory we are able to control the process from start to finish. For example, all the mahogany that we use is kiln dried and treated to avoid warping and twisting. There is a keyhole slot recessed into the rear of each item to ensure flush fitting against any surface. We apply a minimum of three coats of clear varnish to ensure a long life and an easy to clean surface.
